We are a supported living and home care agency operating across Surrey, Slough, and Leeds. We support adults and young people with learning disabilities, mental health needs, physical disabilities, and complex conditions helping them live independently, in their own homes, as active members of their community.

How Our Recruitment Process Works

We’ve designed our recruitment process to be thorough, transparent, and straightforward. Here’s exactly what to expect from start to finish:

Get in touch via our website or contact us directly. Let us know what you’re looking for and we’ll take it from there.

Once we’ve reviewed your details, we’ll give you a call to conduct a short pre-screening conversation. This is our chance to learn more about you and your chance to ask us anything you’d like to know before going further.

If the pre-screening goes well, we’ll invite you to a face-to-face interview at our offices. This is a competency-based conversation designed to understand how you work and make sure you’re the right fit for the role. You’ll receive confirmation by email or text.

Before your interview, we’ll send you a full application pack detailing everything you need to bring with you documents, identification, references, and anything else required. No surprises on the day.

On the day, a member of the Six C’s Care team will validate your documents and walk you through all compliance requirements. Any training and occupational health requirements will also be addressed at this stage.

Following the interview, our team will work with you to gather any outstanding documentation needed to complete your registration and ensure you’re fully compliant before starting work.

Once your DBS clearance is complete, occupational health sign-off is obtained, and all references and training are confirmed, you’ll be cleared for work. We’ll send you a welcome pack and be in touch to walk you through your first steps with us.

Our compliance team will stay in regular contact to keep your file up to date and make sure you’re always aware of opportunities that suit your availability. We work around you not the other way around.
