So Needing Care Never Means Losing Who You Are

We are a supported living and home care agency serving Surrey, Slough, and Leeds and everything we do is guided by the six values at the heart of exceptional, person-centred care.

A Name That Means Something

We didn’t choose the name Six C’s Care by accident. It reflects the six values – Care, Compassion, Competence, Communication, Courage, and Commitment that the NHS defines as the foundation of excellent, person-centred healthcare.

Six C’s is now led by Mzomuhle and his team, who have extensive experience working as carers in the health sector. They formed this company with the goal of providing a personalised service that empowers people in Bradford and Leeds who require care at home

needing care never means losing who you are.

We work with adults and young people with learning disabilities, mental health needs, physical disabilities, and complex conditions. We work with older adults who want to stay at home on their own terms. We work with families who are exhausted from navigating a system that doesn’t always make things easy. And we work with councils, social workers, and NHS teams who need a provider they can genuinely rely on.

Independently Regulated. Fully Accountable.

Six C’s Care is fully registered with the Care Quality Commission, the independent regulator of health and social care in England. Our practices, our staff, and our standards are independently inspected. We believe that people with disabilities, long-term conditions, or complex needs have the same right as anyone else to live in a home of their own, make their own choices, and take part fully in their community. That belief drives everything we do.

Our name tells you everything about how we operate.

These aren’t values we revisit once a year. They’re the standard we measure every decision against, every single day.

Join The Team

Working at Six C’s Care means wearing a few different hats, and that’s one of the things our team find most rewarding about it.

You are not just a carer. You are a companion, a coach, and what we like to call a community bridge-builder. On any given day, that might look like:

  • Assisting with personal care
  • Supporting with meal preparation, medication prompting etc
  • Helping with household tasks that make independent living possible
